Practice Intel:

Filter Definitions


One benefit of the Practice Intel platform is that all of the data can be easily and intuitively filtered. The filter bar is located at the top of every section of the platform. Filters and filter definitions are detailed below.


Filters


Group: A list of each entity if a practice group has multiple entities


Clinic:  A list of each clinic within your organization


Provider: A list of each provider within your organization  


Primary Insurance (General):General insurance categories 

  • Private/Other
  • Self Pay
  • Medicare
  • Medicaid
  • Tricare


Primary Insurance (Specific):  Each specific insurance plan that is present  in your EMR 


Visit Type (General):Defined by PredictionHealth with specific identifiers for each type

  • Follow Up: visits labeled as follow up visits in the EMR
  • Progress Visit: visits labeled as progress visits in the EMR
  • Initial Evaluation: visits with initial evaluation CPT Codes
  • Discharge: visits labeled as discharge in the system
  • Work Conditioning/Hardening: visits that have Work Conditioning or Work Hardening CPT Codes
  • FCE: visits that have an FCE CPT Code
  • Other: All other visits that do not fall into one of the categories above


Visit Type (Specific): A list of all the visits types that are present in the EMR


Therapy Type: Defined by PredictionHealth with the use of ICD-10 Codes, CPT Codes or patient age.  See document ‘Therapy Type Definitions’ for details

  • Primary ICD-10 Code
  • Primary ICD-10 CSSR Category: diagnostic and procedure groups that allow our clients to see the information based on diagnosis categories
  • CPT Code: allows user to filter data by specific CPT code charged in the documentation
