Our Practice Intel solution uses AI technology to analyze every word of every sentence across 100% of your therapists’ notes to generate actionable and easily digestible compliance and operational insights . What is a Focused Snapshot?

PredictionHealth provides insights into every note in all episodes of care. We are able to provide feedback to each therapist about documentation compliance, operational data such as coding utilization and clinical excellence. 

Our compliance note audit score was developed in collaboration with compliance experts who have audited tens of thousands of notes. We set thresholds and validate information compared to what is expected by Medicare in an outpatient PT setting. Because our score is based on Medicare compliance guidelines and proving medical necessity, it is a rigorous scoring system. We do this to ensure quality documentation. It is important to note that if you receive a score that is not what you expected, it is an opportunity to understand where to focus your energy to lower the risk for audits, help improve your documentation, save you time, and support the billing and coding for all the hard work you do everyday.

If your company choses, we can provide this information in a monthly email which has both graphs and information on strengths and opportunities for growth within your documentation. Our insights are designed to help therapists write their best documentation to support their treatment and better the profession of physical therapy. We understand that this is not always easy with all of the rigors of patient care, so we strive to present these insights in a way that also helps you make actionable changes to documentation, which lowers your risk for an audit and helps to be more effective at billing for what you perform with your patients. What metrics can I expect to see in my Focused Snapshot?

Compliance:

• Average Compliance Score
• Average Compliance Score over time
• Compliance Score by Note Type with education on how to improve as well as examples of compliant sentences
• Relative Compliance Performance by Note Type

Operational Metrics:

• Breakdown and 3 month trend of total minutes/visit, direct minutes/visit, average units/visit and average direct units/visit for last 30 days
• 3 month trend ofCPT Code % Utilization
• 3 month trend of Time to Sign Off

Who can I contact if I have questions about my Focused Snapshot?

First, it would be recommended to talk with your director about questions concerning information in your scorecard. They will have access to the complete dashboards and will have visibility into your specific data.
