Practice Intel:

Overview for Clinic Directors

This document is designed to help you be successful in using PredictionHealth’s Practice Intel, as well as provide guidance on where to seek assistance if needed. Our goal is to help make you as successful as possible when using our Practice Intel platform.

Who is PredictionHealth?

Our mission is to make it easy for clinicians to deliver the best care to every patient every time.

You went into healthcare to help people - we're here to help you. Healthcare clinicians and administrators spend an inordinate amount of time collecting and analyzing information in patient charts. It is also unnecessarily challenging and inefficient to glean insights from EMR data. Our tools take the administrative stressors off of management so that everyone can get back to doing what they love - focusing on the patients!

What is Practice Intel?

Our Practice Intel solution uses AI technology to analyze every word of every sentence across 100% of your therapists’ notes to generate actionable and easily digestible compliance and operational insights. We can quickly help target opportunities for improvement in documentation compliance and operational and financial efficiencies.

Benefits of our platform include:

  • Improve documentation compliance
  • Identify coding inefficiencies
  • Dramatically reduce administrative chart review time
  • Help with feedback to therapists

We become a part of your team to automate compliance and improve documentation all while reducing staff burnout and turnover.

How will I get access to Practice Intel?

Our team will send a link to your email which will allow you to create a password. Once you have your login created, you will have access to the platform for your specific clinic to review the data on compliance, operational efficiencies and clinical excellence.

Focused Snapshots

PredictionHealth provides an overview of the insights from Practice Intel for each therapist which we call “Snapshots”. One of our goals with the Snapshots is to reduce the amount of work required by Clinic Directors to compile and distribute information to their therapists. We have a separate document we have created to help your therapists understand. Please see this document here for more information on how to use Snapshots.

If your company chooses, we can deliver this information directly to individual therapists. The snapshots include both graphs and information on strengths and opportunities for growth within therapists’ documentation. Our insights are designed to help therapists write their best documentation to support their treatment and better the profession of physical therapy. We understand that this is not always easy with all of the rigors of patient care, so we strive to present these insights in a way that also helps you make actionable changes to current documentation practices. Our platform lowers your audit risk and helps drive more optimal coding behaviors. We are now part of your team and we look forward to working with you!
